Return Process

    Log into your ViVANT account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Prepare the Device

    Factory reset your device to remove personal data and pack it securely in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and components are included.

  • 3.
    Ship It Back

    Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
